The ‘Sore’ hitmaker yesterday during an interview on TV3 when asked if the feature with United Kingdom’s finest rapper Stormzy made him more popular, Yaw Tog answered that although Stormzy’s presence on the ‘Sore Remix’ made him more popular, he also made Stormzy more popular in Ghana.

According to Yaw Tog, Stormzy with all his popularity in the world of music was not all that popular in Ghana until he came to Ghana to be featured on the remix version of the ‘Sore’ song. He stated it was just a win-win affair for both artists.

Multimedia presenter Sammy Forson reacting to the comment of Yaw Tog tagged him as a very ungrateful being. He said the comment is a kind that encourages selfish behavior in the Ghanaian music industry.

He added if Yaw Tog knows how it takes to be a mainstream artist in the UK and for your music to be played in other parts of Europe, he wouldn’t make such ungrateful comments.
