Female Highlife/ Hiplife singer Sista Afia has revealed her sales have really increased within the last 6 months.

She said although the coronavirus pandemic has put a halt on organizing shows and events in the creative art industry, she has been cashing out in someplace else like the streaming of her music on the various digital platforms.
She stated she’s still getting paid on her old projects like Are You Ready, Champion Atta which features Lil Win, ‘Kro Kro No’ which features her Godfather Bisa Kdei, ‘Yiwaani’ featuring Kofi Kinaata, etc.
Sista Afia revealed the streaming of the official music videos of her hit songs on YouTube like ‘Jeje’ featuring self-acclaimed Dancehall King Shatta Wale, ‘Are You Ready’, ‘Corner Corner’ featuring Kelvyn Bwoy, ‘Weather’ which features Quamina MP and Medikal, and many more have shoot up within the last 6 months.
In an interview with Andy Dosty this morning on the ‘Day Break Hitz’ morning show aired on Hitz FM, Sista Afia stated although the coronavirus pandemic has made things difficult for musicians like herself, she has been engaging herself in other businesses.
The ‘Sika’ hitmaker stated she now owns a couple of businesses in the nation’s capital of Accra including a fashion boutique and a food joint that serves a specially made ‘gob3’ in the East Legon environs.
