According to Frank Naro, Ghanaians have refused to promote musicians from their own country yet have channeled their energies in promoting Nigerian songs, hence the reason why they are always winning with their music.

Speaking with Zionfelix on the Uncut show, Frank Naro lamented that even when Ghanaian producers create their own instrumentals, Nigerian musicians pick the instrumentals to create songs, and Ghanaians would enjoy and acknowledge the Nigerian musician instead of the Ghanaian producer.

He stated that Nigerians are not to be blamed for the incapability of Ghanaian music to make waves like Nigerian music because Ghanaians are the same people promoting them. He addressed that Nigerians always promote their own people before promoting other musicians from other countries.

Frank also suggested that the Ghanaian media do not support their own and sometimes subject musicians to stress before even allowing them to promote their songs on their platforms. He intimated that Ghana has been blessed with so many talented acts yet they are being valued by their own countrymen.

Frank believes that the energy Ghanaians are using to promote a few musicians like Gyakie, Black Sherif, Kuami Eugene, Kidi and the rest can be amplified to promote more talents in the country.
