6 Killed In Bombing At Restaurant Over Christmas.

Six people have been reportedly dead due to a suicide bomb attack on a crowded restaurant in the eastern city of Beni.

According to BBC News Reports, the police prevented the bomber from entering the building but he blew himself up at the entrance killing himself and five innocent people while 13 others were injured. Children and local officials were reportedly in the restaurant at the time.

Suspected bandits have kidnapped five persons in Zaria, Kaduna State.

According to Sahara Reporters, the incident occurred close to Kuregu Wusasa, opposite New ECWA church. The bandits stormed the area with arms and ammunition. The identities of the kidnapped victims is still unknown.

Lawmaker Sets Eight Adamawa Inmates Free On Christmas Day.

PDP member representing Numan/Demsa/Lamurde Federal Constituency of Adamawa, on Saturday paid the fines of eight inmates to secure their release from the Numan Correctional Centre.

Mr La’ori, who celebrated Christmas with the inmates at the facility, doled out between the N17,000 and N70,000 fines that were imposed inmates.
