NSMQ heroine Francisca Lamini record of 8A’s equalised by three female students of St Andrews SHS

The 2021 National Science and Maths Quiz sensational of KETASCO Francisca Lamini who pulled an impressive 8A’s in WASSCE this year has been equalized by three general arts female students of St Andrews SHS Assin Fosu.

St Andrews SHS recorded 100% pass in WASSCE this year as 30 students of this school obtained 8A’s and 98% distinction to outclassed the rest of the SHS in the country

The made it big last year (2020) in WASSCE with a scintillating 98.8% pass mark making the school the overall best SHS in Ghana according to WAEC statistic.

Three female students namely Opei Judith, Appiah Charlotte and Asamoah Daniella Ofosua who was among the rest of the 30 students who bagged 8A’s though are General Arts students but went head to head with Francisca Lamini as i displays the WASSCE result of the trio.

St Andrews SHS presented more than four thousand candidates to write the WASSCE across its three campuses namely Assin Fosu ( Headquarters ), Mankessim, Dunkwa-on-Offin and the kind of grade obtained by the student looks mesmerizing.

Most of the subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Elective Mathematics, Literature in English, Biology etc that had become a daunting task and headache to most students in the country were easy for St Andrews SHS students as their electrifying performance resulted in massive 8A’s.

The Proprietor of the School Dr Richard Asiedu who is also the CEO of St Andrews Group has heaped a lot of praises on his students when he was interviewed on Rich FM 98.7 by NAC Aberantie on the ‘Kwantsenpondo’ Show in Assin Fosu.

Despite Francisca Lamini mouthwatering performance in WASSCE, St Andrews SHS students have made that record a positive thing inasmuch as the girl child education in this country is concerned.

The nation need more of such successful female students to spearhead development across all the corners in the country as women like those in Parliament, Education sector, Sciences have been excelling.
