The member of parliament for Ningo prampram who has revealed on several occasion that he will fight for nothing but what is right in this country has spoken once again.

According to Sam George, he is not a free man, and this is deeper than many might think it is. Sam George’s personal life has been blended with intensive and important political battles for some time now.

Some of these battles have been battles that he has fought against members of the gay and lesbian community as well as the incumbent government.

One of these fights have been about the increment in taxes and many other related issues which according to the member of parliament is the doom of Ghanaians.

Speaking on Nhyira fm, Sam George revealed that there are a few people who are actually enjoying themselves in this country and he is not a part of it.

This statement followed after he was asked about how we as Ghanaians are celebrating this Christmas and whether the current Christmas spirit is affected by the economy.

He swiftly replied and said that, I personally am not a free man in this festive season. The dry looks of this Christmas should tell you how people are barely affording two meals a day.

Sam George revealed that the manner in which people are struggling to celebrate this Christmas should send a message to the current government on how people are suffering.

Sam George revealed that if Nana Addo and his government are able to tax Ghanaians this high and fight a battle that we have always preached against, then they have failed as care takers or officials of the country.

He continued by wishing each and everyone a merry Christmas and urged people to keep their heads high and they should continue to fight for a change.
