Sad News as Raddy Ovouka Finally Leaves Hearts of Oak

Accra Hearts of Oak have been dealt a big blow following the cancellation of the contract of a top player.

Congolese defender, Raddy Avouka’s Contract with Accra Hearts Of Oak has officially been terminated by Fifa and he is a free agent now. Article 14 of Fifa regulation on player status and tranfer was breached by the Club Accra Hearts Of Oak, Secondly an unfair treatment of a Foreign based player by the Club(Hon. Vincent Odotei and Alhaji Akambi) was as well breached by the Club.

The club was given (15) days to respond to emails sent to them for the loan transfer of the player to a Mexican club with the option of buying Ovouka for a price tag $450,000 which the club refused to respond the a default notice was sent to the club on the 30th November 2021.

All efforts to resolve issues with Accra Hearts Of Oak handled by management members Hon. Vincent Odotei and Alhaji Akambi has proved futile Fifa feels the players safety and well being is paramount to his future. Raddy Avouka is now free to play for any club of his choice.
