Campaign On The Record Of Nana Addo: Sammy Awuku Sends Message To Potential NPP Flagbearer In 2024

The Director-General of the National Lotto Authority, Sammy Awuku, who is also the National Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party has sent a bold message to the potential aspirants of the position of Presidential candidates for the New Patriotic Party.

Speaking on Asaase Radio, Sammy Awuku boldly stated that whoever emerges as the Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party must simply do two things; campaign 60 percent on the record of Nana Addo and 40 percent on the record of the person himself. With respect to that, he called on the appointees of Nana Addo who have Presidential ambition to help the President because that will mean a landslide victory for them.

He also stated that the President’s order that any appointee, who intends to pursue his or her Presidential ambition by campaigning whiles on the job must resign to campaign, is in the right directive.
