Daughters of Glorious Jesus
The 2021 edition of the gospel event dubbed ‘Praise Jam’, a worship and praise concert which will feature celebrated gospel icons, will take place this Saturday at the Efua Sutherland Children’s Park in Accra.
Organised by Strategic Communications Africa (Stratcomm Africa), this year’s event promises to be fun-packed with great doses of inspiring song ministrations.
It is on the theme: “This far by Grace” – John 1:16, 1 Corinthians 15:10.
It is expected to be attended by Stratcomm Africa clients, staff and their families and friends as well as members of the general public.
Praise Jam offers a platform for all to come and freely praise God for His goodness throughout the year and ask for His divine grace, mercy and favour for the coming year.
This year, patrons will be treated to some good and soul-inspiring songs from some selected gospel acts such as Daughters of Glorious Jesus, MOGmusic, Bethel Revival Choir, Kyei Mensah as well as surprise guest artistes.
It will be streamed live on Metro TV, Stratcomm Africa’s social media platforms as well as other digital platforms such as YouTube and Facebook.
Kofi Baah-Boakye, Executive Director, Business Development for Stratcomm Africa, said “God has generously gifted Stratcomm Africa excellence in communication delivery and we are delighted to give this back to Him in praise. Through Praise Jam we glorify God, communicate His goodness to help edify believers and for those who have not met Him to have a sweet encounter with Him.”
He indicated that the COVID-19 pandemic continues to constrain us all in many ways, including challenges with having large events in enclosed spaces.
According to him, Stratcomm Africa has, therefore, this year, chosen to create the annual platform of Praise outdoors in the Efua Sutherland Children’s Park, which has also been the venue for the annual Ghana Garden and Flower Show that Stratcomm Africa organises.
He mentioned that all COVID-19 protocols will be strictly adhered to.
“We invite the general public once again to join us in thanking God for how far He has brought us,” Kofi Baah-Boakye added.
