The NEED ME crooner made this revelation in a recent interview she had with Ghanaian media personality, Giovanni Caleb.

Listen to her below;

Gyakie has carved a name for herself in the Ghanaian music industry following the enormous success of her most popular song “Forever”.

Born to the legendary Highlife maestro, Nana Acheampong of the defunct Lumba Brothers, Gyakie began her music career at an early age since she had the maestro as her father. She already knew how to attune her ears to listen to good music and figure out different tones.

She made her professional debut in 2019, and her debut EP, Seed, was published in August of 2020. Her debut appearance was in the song “Sor Mi Mu” with Bisa Kdei, and she rose to prominence after the song “Never Like That”.
