Young Ghanaian musician, Jackline Acheampong who is professionally known as Gyakie has revealed that being famous has been very stressful for her.
The FOREVER hitmaker made this known when he appeared on the recent edition of TV3’s flagship Friday night program, 360 hosted by the renowned Ghanaian media personality, Giovanni Caleb.
During the interaction with Gyakie, Giovanni Caleb asked her about her thoughts on fame as she has now garnered some significant numbers in the public space.
Answering the question, she stated that being famous comes with a lot of stress adding that the stress involved is about 70% while the enjoyment part is just 30%.

Gyakie has carved a name for herself in the Ghanaian music industry following the enormous success of her most popular song “Forever”.
Born to the legendary Highlife maestro, Nana Acheampong of the defunct Lumba Brothers, Gyakie began her music career at an early age since she had the maestro as her father. She already knew how to attune her ears to listen to good music and figure out different tones.
She made her professional debut in 2019, and her debut EP, Seed, was published in August of 2020. Her debut appearance was in the song “Sor Mi Mu” with Bisa Kdei, and she rose to prominence after the song “Never Like That”.
