The works and duties performed by the office of the Special Prosecutor have been talked about for months and nothing shows that it will end anytime soon. The Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyabeng has been in the news recently and he talked about where they intend to start the investigations and the resources that the newly created institution needs.

On Okay 101.7, Kwame Nkrumah Etikese called popular lawyer, Edudzi Tamakloe on the Adeakyeabia morning show today and asked him about the over 21 cases that the special prosecutor intends to Investigate and the inadequate resources Lawyer Kissi Agyabeng talked about.
Lawyer Edudzi Tamakloe reacting to the Host Kwame Nkrumah Tikese revealed that he has been taught by the special prosecutor and has also worked with him before so he basically know him and how he works.
Lawyer Tamakloe went ahead to state that, it is a fact that the office special prosecutor needs a lot of funds to be able to execute its mandate or duties.
He said that mostly the cases that the special prosecutor is supposed to Investigate and prosecute are cases that involve rich people, top politicians and business gurus so it is very true that the office of the special prosecutor needs more resources to go after these people.
One thing that he said that has got most people wondering is that, the special prosecutor don’t Investigate crimes that are committed by people who are poor or people who hardly know things about contracts or procurement.
If you are investigating people who are very endowed, knowledgeable and have connections it is likely that you will need a lot of funds or resources to Investigate them. So
