It appears the Ho Municipal Security Council is making some gains in arresting the suspect behind the killing of his girlfriend at Fiave in the Volta Region of Ghana. The lady has been identified as twenty-two-year-old Lizzy Mudenda, a Zambian citizen. She traveled to Ghana to make a living when she met the suspect, Frank Fiagbedze.
They were sharing beautiful moments until the sad news happened. Her body was found in the refrigerator sitting in the room of the suspect. He is however nowhere to be found after allegedly committing the crime but the Ho Municipal Security Council headed by the MCE, Divine Borson has gathered intelligence on his hideout.
The suspect, Frank Emmanuel Fiagbedze has been living with his father in Ho for many years but his mother has been living in Togo. Due to this, Frank mostly moves to Togo and returns whenever the need arises. This has raised suspicions that Frank might be living with his mother in Togo after committing the crime. The Municipal Chief Executive for Ho, Divine Borson indicates that they have gathered enough intelligence about his hideout in Togo and he will soon be arrested to answer for his crimes. The MCE is very sure that the suspect can no longer run due to the level of intelligence gathering and how close they are to his location.

In the meantime, plans are advanced for a postmortem to be conducted on the body of the deceased female Zambian citizen to ascertain the real cause of her death. The Ho Municipal Assembly in collaboration with the Zambia High Commissioner is set to supervise the exercise. This will be followed by a burial service at an agreed location by the two entities.
However, Frank Emmanuel Fiagbedze is in deep trouble because he will soon be arrested. His location has been found and that is a clear sign that he can no longer run. The assurance by the Ho Municipal Chief Executive shows that they are very close to arresting the suspect. It also shows that they know the family members of the suspect both in Ghana and Togo and as such, they are tracking him down.
