As of this morning, Ashaiman public transport drivers are now on an official strike. They have refused to give transportation to the people who are going to work or out.
Here are pictures above to show the condition of things. The first picture was taken in Madina. People have to walk to wherever they are going. Some are stranded on the road.
The other options, Uber and Bolt have now become gold. It’s like one is taking a presidential car because the prices have skyrocketed since they are the only one available for transport. The famous tro tro is out of the game for the meanwhile because of fuel prices.
It’s like Uber and Bolt drivers are going to be rich because their prices are just too high. Some have had to walk a long distance just to get a bus but it was to no avail. It’s a frenzy outside and some people are playing football
