It would be recalled that the Member of Parliament for Assin Central slapped Ekow Kevin Taylor with a defamatory suit with $15 Million damages in Virginia State court.
This came up after the Ghanaian US-based Journalist made a statement that Kennedy Agyapong had suffered a stroke and had been jetted to America for brain surgery.
Well, Kumchacha is of the view that the lawsuit is fruitless hence should ignore his quest for justice through court.
According to Kumchacha, the suit is a waste of money and time looking at how Kennedy Agyapong is known for defaming people all the time.
In his words, “I love Kennedy Agyapong but left to me alone I think his suit against Kevin Taylor is not relevant,” he said on Oman Channel. “It is waste of time and money. Kennedy Agyapong himself has defamed a lot of people in this country so what again?”
