Popular Ghanaian Highlife and Afrobeat singer, Gregory Bortey Newman, professionally known as King Promise claims money has changed a lot of people in the world but the same cannot be said about him.

King Promise who recently secured a nomination in the upcoming MOBO Awards 2021 has undoubtedly earned the admiration of Ghanaians with his tremendous talent. He has been nominated in the Best African Act category alongside Nigeria’s Ayra Starr, Burna Boy, Okay, Davido, NSG, Rema, Tems, Tiwa Savage, and Wizkid.
With tunes like Tokyo, Slow Down, Selfish, Oh Yeah, the Legacy Life Entertainment signed artist has managed to thrill Ghanaians and earned his place as one of the best male vocalists and songwriters in Africa.
In his latest tweet, King Promise revealed that many people, both inside and outside the entertainment industry changed after getting money but as for him, money has never changed him.

Meanwhile, Ghanaian Actress, Precious Frimpong, well known in the entertainment fraternity as Fella Makafui has achieved another milestone in her acting career as she inks another contract with Farm House Production, owned by the renowned movie producer, Ivan Quarshigah.
Fella Makafui is said to play a lead role in an upcoming series dubbed “SERWAA”. Recall, Fella Makafui played Serwaa in Ivan Quarshigah’s previous TV series titled “Yolo”.
She will be playing another lead role in Farm House Production’s upcoming TV series titled “Serwaa”. She will be starring in the upcoming series alongside other top actors in Ghana.
