BET award-winning Afro/dancehall maestro, Livingstone Etse Satekla, professionally known as Stonebwoy has opened up on the other profession he would have ventured if he wasn’t a musician.

While responding to a question posed by a fan on the microblogging platform, Twitter, Stonebwoy revealed that he would have been a military officer just as his father if he was not a musician.
Stonebwoy is one of Ghana’s most well-known dancehall artists, having won Best International Act: Africa at the 2015 BET Awards and Artist of the Year at the 2015 Ghana Awards.
“King of African Reggae and Dancehall Artists,” as he’s been dubbed. Stonebwoy has also appeared in the films Happy Death Day and My Name Is Ramadan as a film actor.
Well, it seems Stonebwoy would have also served his nation better if he had become a military officer instead of a musician. But, either way, he would have contributed enormously to the growth of the nation as he is contributing to the entertainment sector now.
In other news, Lynx Entertainment signee, Eugene Kwame Marfo, well known as Kuami Eugene has disclosed that rap music is not as profitable as many people presume because all that rappers gain is hype.
Per the singer who doubles as a rapper’s opinion, rappers do dominate the scene and get very popular over time but they are unable to make good financial gains from their crafts unlike how singers make a lot of money from their music.
In an interview with OnePlay Africa, the “Bunker” hitmaker explained that his personal assessment of the two styles of music influenced his decision to forgo rap to focus more on singing because it pays quite well as compared to singing.
