Ghanaian musician, Mohammed Ismail Sherif better known by his stage name Black Sherif has revealed that he has kept a pretty clean image hence, he does not smoke or drink alcohol.
This revelation will come as a surprise to many fans because the public image he displays shows that of a young guy who wants to live life to his fullest and have fun with lots of girls.
In a recent interview with Pulse Ghana, Black Sherif expunged that he likes to keep his attention on his music, he has decided to stay away from alcohol and smoking.
In his words: “I don’t do drugs and I don’t do alcohol”,
He also disclosed that he is single and doesn’t want anything to do with women right now because it would divert his attention away from his work.
Black Sherif claims he made those decisions to avoid undue pressure from ladies.
“Charley life hard, but you know say life for Accra be harder… So if I go take girl wey me I dey street. I no get nothing. If I go take girl then they come dey bill-bill me or something, I go stress more. So rydee I for just focus and talk to girls. I no dey date them.” he said.
The youth, according to Black Sherif, should not duplicate what they see in their music videos as they’re only there for clout and not for creative reasons.
“That craft is just for the clout, you feel me. To complement the song, the attitude and everything. Ibe craft, he added.
