Perhaps on the back of how quickly Ghanaians, including influential people came to the help of veteran actor Psalm Adjeteyfio while battling with penury, Yaw Berk is humbly imploring the general public to replicate the same gesture in his favour.

The singer whose real name is Amoah Yaw Randy said his landlord is on his heels because he has no funds to renew his rent and would be glad if they come to his aid before things deteriorate.
Yaw Berk boldly drummed home his request on Ekwanso Dwoodwoo on Okay FM hosted by veteran broadcaster Abeiku Santana.
“Right now the only problem I have is with my landlord. He is evicting me because I can’t renew my rent. I live at Trasssacco and my rent is due so my landlord is always knocking on my gate and that is worrying. So if I get people who will donate to support me, I will be eternally grateful” he sadly.
Berk has not had a stable career since he shot into the mainstream after his participation in the MTN Hitmaker show. In 2019, after the singer left Highly Spiritual he made many allegations against Kaywa.
He claimed that Kaywa failed to manage him well adding that only two of his songs were released in the two years he was with the label.
Among other things, he also claimed that the studios they used for recordings was infested with bed bugs. He, however, later apologized to the ace producer for making false allegations against him.
The artiste said on Daybreak Hitz back in January 2021 that it has not been easy getting in touch with Kaywa after the fallout.
“The same way I spoke badly about him, I want to use the same medium… I want him to even hear it on air before we even approach him, he said.
But Kaywa, speaking on the same show, said he has forgiven Yaw Berk but made it clear that it will be difficult for them to get back to working together.
“What we are failing to understand is that, it’s not about bringing the person back to me… I have to forgive him… I am forgetting what I have gone through to give that position for someone who would want to occupy.
