Ghanaian Hiplife rapper, Emmanuel Kofi Botwe, known by his stage name, Kwaw Kese has pleaded with the Inspector General of Police, Dr. George Akuffo Dampare to be more considerate with celebrities especially when they flout the law.

According to him, the fame some of the celebrities have garnered sometimes corrupts their minds, leading them to engage in numerous unpleasant acts, thus he needs to be sympathetic when dealing with them.
Speaking in an interview on Okay FM’s Ekwansodwodwo with Abeiku Santana, Kwaw Kese commended the IGP for his good works in enforcing the law. He also expressed his undying gratitude to the new IGP for his assistance following the demise of his former manager, Fennec Okyere.
However, Kwaw Kese advised his colleagues not to allow themselves to be used as scapegoats because the new directives given by the new IGP will not spare anyone who goes contrary to them.

In other news, popular Ghanaian social media icon, Andrea Owusu has declined an invitation to become a member of the National Democratic Congress(NDC), saying she will join a party under strict conditions.
Efia Odo was once a lead member in the online #FixTheCountry campaign that trended on social media for weeks. She was later arrested after storming the premises of the court with some other conveners of the movement.
She has also revealed in numerous interviews that she is not a member of any political party in Ghana, neither is she embarking on the #FixTheCountry campaign to slam the ruling government over the issues facing the country.
