Funny Face Granted GH20,000 Bail With 2 Sureties

Popular Ghanaian comic actor Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng known also as Funny Face has been granted a GHC20,000 bail with two sureties.

Funny Face was picked up in the studios of Kofi TV a few weeks ago after he threatened to kill his ex-wife, girlfriend and also commit suicide in a series of videos on his Instagram page. He has then arrested a refused bail until an order was given for him to be taken to the psychiatric hospital.

The Kaneshi District Court has ordered that Funny Face report to the police station twice a week after his bail. His case is also said to have been adjourned to November 24th.

Nana Yaw Benson has also been reportedly discharged from the psychiatric hospital after undergoing two medical examinations. Although his case was adjourned to November 10th, Funny Face was sent to the Accra High Court today for the submission of his medical reports. Funny Face has been urged to stay away from social media for a month.

Funny Face got engaged to his wife Vanessa in 2020 and had a set of twins together. However, the two started having issues when Vanessa fled with their twins after they broke up. He later took to his page on October 17th to threaten the life of his baby mama Vanessa and his ex-first wife
