Showboy has revealed that his destiny is somewhat retarded because he could not keep up with time to show up at his father’s funeral.
The former AMG Gang member said he has not been able to harness his dream to the fullest because he was late to his funeral in 2015. While asking for forgiveness from his late father, Showboy requested his guidance so he could maneuver his way through life.
He took to Twitter to say;
Sometimes I feel my late dad delayed my dream because I was late to his funeral burial in 2015 .. …I ask for forgiveness DAD .. U NAMED ME AFTER U FOR A REASON .. I HAVE REALIZED ALOT ..GUIDE MY SOUL DADDY, he wrote on Twitter.

The rapper is presently in jail in the US for killing a Ghanaian named US Junior back in 2019 after an argument. In 2020, he shared photos on his social media handles commemorating his one year in jail.
In his caption, Showboy admitted that while in prison he has battled depression and anxieties but with Allah, all things are possible as he is now mentally stable and very healthy. He shared;
“Today is exactly a year I got sentenced to prison to serve 6yrs out of 15years .. with Allah all things are possible. am still alive and very healthy, happy, and very mentally stable. Being Tru alot Tru out the year, battled depression and anxieties..thanks to my family for never turning their back on me . .
Although I only self defended when I was attacked inside my apartment I learned a lot from the outcome .. Violence n bad friends got me fucked up and I advice u learn to control your temper and don’t end up like me.
