Vim Lady has clapped back at those who keep reminding her that her biological clock is ticking and aging against the hands of time.
In a post she shared on her Instagram platform, the seasoned journalist whose real name is Afia Pokua said being called abrewa (old lady) is better than being dead.
Moreover, she added that ‘I’m growing old, meee bo abrewa and me bo brewed in drip and swag. I’m loving the grace and mercy God continues to show me.’ She also seized the moment to mourn fallen colleague Kaba whose 4th anniversary since he died is forthcoming.
I have become immune to people saying “you are growing old o” or “woobo abrewa o” of course. Must I die?🙏I THANK GOD every day for LIFE🙏 Tuesday will be the 4th anniversary of the death of my brother KABA of ASEMPA FM.
WHY SHOULD A GOOD PERSON LIKE HIM BE DEAD WHILE SOME OF US LIVE??????? A.D.O.M A.R.A K.W.A So yeah, of course, I’m growing old, meee bo abrewa and me bo brewed in drip and swag. I’m loving the grace and mercy God continues to show me.
I’m praying for God to keep me till I see all my PUBIC HAIR BECOME GREY IN JESUS NAME. That day I will DANCE TO THE GLORY OF GOD till my clothes fall off like DAVID. LORD, continue to keep my brother KABA in your bosom.
