Ghanaian lawyer Maurice Amapaw has said Shatta Wale should be applauded for exposing the security challenges in Ghana.
According to him, Shatta Wale by the false alarm he created about an attack on his life revealed the problems plaguing the security of the nation.
Speaking on NEAT FM, Maurice Ampaw said the police need to weigh the pros and cons of what Shatta Wale did and ensure that they work to make Ghanaians safe.

Meanwhile, ASEPA has also filed a legal complaint against Shatta Wale at the CID.
According to ASEPA, Shatta Wale and his accomplice, Nana Dope broke Section 208 of the Criminal Code of Ghana 1960 (ACT 29). ASEPA demand that they are subjected to legal interrogation and appropriately dealt with if found culpable.
They believe the artiste’s action is tantamount to causing public fear and panic thus the law must be allowed to deal with him just like any ordinary Ghanaian.
