A report sighted on Ghanacelebrities captured Akuapem Poloo saying her supposed twinnie Cardi B offered her a whopping $30,000 (₵182,000) during her court issue.
The Ghanaian socialite and video vixen said the American superstar followed her court case with keen interest and offered pieces of advice to encourage her.
“Cardi supported me, she gave me $30,000.00 which I used during my court case and advised me all the time,” Ghanacelebrities quoted Poloo as saying.
Beyond that, the mother of one further said the Bodak Yellow spitter is interested in funding her music career. Akuapem Poloo claims Cardi B has promised to feature her on a song if she works harder and improves her brand as a musician.
“Cardi wants to feature me and encourages me to keep producing music so I can build my potential,” Poloo claimed.
Recall, on 30th June 2020, the actress shared a nude photo of herself and her seven-year-old son on his birthday. Poloo ended up in prison briefly after going naked in front of her son during his birthday celebration. She had shared the controversial photo along with a caption that read;
“I am naked in front of you because this is how naked I was, giving birth to you, so in case you find me lying somewhere don’t pass by, but see me as your mom who brought you to life.”
After the backlash she received, she was dragged to court where she was jailed after she pleaded guilty to all the three charges leveled against her in court.
She was charged with the publication of obscene material, domestic violence by undermining the integrity of her seven-year-old son and detracting his dignity.
Poloo was consequently sentenced to 90 days in prison by Her Honor Christiana Cann after she pleaded guilty to all charges.
