Rufftown Records signed artist, Wendy Shay since her introduction into the music scene has been involved in a lot of controversies.
She has been mocked for her weird dressing and her rotten bortos which became a trending topic on social media for weeks.
She seems to love the attention and this new photo sighted on her Instagram page proves so.
