Reggie Rockstone has said in a new interview that the unprovoked attacks from beef master Shatta Wale on him surprisingly bolstered his Waakye business in a way he never saw it coming.
Shatta Wale bore his venomous teeth as he came for the grandpapa of Hiplife by saying upon his longevity in the music industry, he has nothing to show for it and miserably selling Waakye- a popular delicacy for survival.
The self-styled Dancehall King further said he did not understand why a prominent man like Reggie Rockstone still lives in his father’s house and also sells Waakye after all his exploits in the music industry.
Rockstone in an interview stated that after Shatta Wale attacked him and his Waakye business, he had a lot of customers because people did not know about his business until the attack.
“I’m not going to lie to you but God works in mysterious ways, he mentioned my waakye, and then from there, my waakye just blew. A number of people didn’t know I sell waakye meanwhile I’ve been selling waakye for over ten years. At the time that he mentioned it, it gave me a new audience.
“I also understand the game so when he mentioned it, I started talking about my waakye and afterward I released the jar waakye and it caught fire,” he disclosed.
