An anti-SM fan has fired salvos at Shatta Wale by branding him as a disappointed artiste who would soon transition into the comedy arena to continue his foolery there.
We have no idea what triggered his outburst but we guess the Dancehall/Reggae perpetual gimmicks which include berating other artistes and shrouding his brand in so much online drama is a determining factor.
The tweep’s ID on Twitter could mean he’s from Sarkodie’s camp and since there’s tension between both fanbases, we understand why he made this statement out of the blue.
In a related development, Boss of 3Media Network, Sadiq Abdulai Abu, organizers of 3Music Awards, has dismissed wild allegations made by Shatta Wae which discredited his award scheme and sought to ruin his credibility.
Shatta Wale and Sadiq Abdulai Abu have been embroiled in heated confrontation online but it was the former who got more vocal by dropping the bombshell in the heat of their feud by saying his record-breaking 11 awards he won at 2011 edition of the 3Music was masterminded by Sadiq.
According to Shatta, Sadiq gave him all 11 awards because he(Sadiq) had issues with rapper Sarkodie and Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy. Again, Shatta Wale said he gave Sadiq GH¢100,000 to help in organizing the awards.
Although Sadiq has denied those claims, there are concerns the allegations can mar the reputation of the 3Music Awards. However, Sadiq took a more firm approach in addressing the issue in an interview with Graphic .
He stated clearly that Shatta Wale could not bring the 3Music Awards into disrepute because he was not credible.
“Anything coming from Shatta Wale should not be taken seriously because they are all not true. First of all, I never gave 11 awards to him because I had issues with Sarkodie or Stonebwoy.
“Secondly, Shatta Wale has never given me any ¢100,000. Shatta Wale will never give me money to organize any awards,” he said. Sadiq stated that he had never taken Shatta Wale seriously because of his track record.
“Shatta Wale is that guy who fights just anyone trying to outshine him. Look at what he said about Stonebwoy, Samini and Sarkodie when he had issues with them.
