Ghanaian entrepreneur and socialite Michy has revealed in a new interview how she got into the University without going through Senior High School education.

The baby mama of Shatta Wale disclosed that she did not use the conventional way of going through high school before proceeding to the University because ‘she had freedom’ at the time she was 16 years of age.

Michy made this disclosure during a recent interview with Halifax on Okay FM’s Best Entertainment program when she hopped into the studios to promote the latest song with her and Nautica.

She also seized the opportunity to urge parents not to replicate the same thing with their kids no matter how smart they are.

“I will advise parents that no matter how smart their kids are if the child is smart enough to leave JHS to the University, consider that the child could be smart but not mentally ready”, she said.

She continued that in her case she had a lot of freedoom which she equally expolited to the fullest.

”In my case, it was the freedom, it’s like you’ve been caged at home so much then boom this is the University. At 16, this is the freedom was looking for.”

Michy further said that she did marketing at the University of Wisconsin, at that time she was pregnant. Moreover, she revealed that she has a  Cambridge certificate but because of her tattoo, she doesn’t consider that as part of her C.V.
