Ghana attacker Emmanuel Gyasi is close to signing a new deal with Italian Serie A side Spezia, Footballghana.com can confirm.
The 26-year-old attacker has been influential at the club and played a major role in the club’s stay in the top-flight last season.
Gyasi has started the season on a good note, having featured three times and scoring one goal in the process.
Having won the trust of the new manager, Thiago Motta, the enterprising attacker is set to extend his stay at the club.
He featured 37 times last season and scored 9 goals.
Gyasi was part of Ghana’s squad that kicked off their first two 2022 World Cup qualifiers against Ethiopia and South Africa.
