Kumerican rapper, Kweku Darlington has recounted his hustling days as he reveals how he used to sleep at VIP bus stations when he first arrived in Accra to hustle.

According to him, after completing his secondary education, he realized that situations at home won’t favor him since his father was in the University and his three siblings were also schooling.
Speaking in an interview on the United show aired on United TV with Abeiku Santana, Kweku Darlington revealed that life became very tough for him upon his arrival in Accra to the extent that he had to stay with some spiritualists for some time before moving back to Kumasi.
He also revealed that a friend saw the talent he has been gifted with and advised him to come back to Kumasi for mentorship. Kweku Darlington said he had his inspiration from the likes of Reggie Rockstone, Obrafour, Okyeame Kwame, and others.
Today, Kweku Darlington is one of the most talented mainstream artists emerging from Kumasi and a frontrunner of the Kumerican movement.

In a recent development, Kuami Eugene has extended his contract for another year, with the aim of increasing their sales once more and expanding their territories with his music brand.
