After being found on Instagram with a song titled “Nea Woyeyi”, OV recorded her first single with Reynolds the Gentleman, a multi-instrumentalist and producer.

Her second single, “Kambu,” produced by Standec and released on December 4, 2017, made her a household name among tertiary institutions. She went on to released her third single, “Ma Mind Dey,” which featured Epixode, a renowned Dancehall/Reggae artist. She later recorded a soul rendition of Stonebwoy’s “Tomorrow” and “Gbedegbede,” which piqued Stonebwoy’s interest and led to him signing her to his label.

Unfortunately for her, the manager of Stonebwoy at the time, Black Cedi had a falling out with Stonebwoy that made Black Cedi carry along Kelvynboy and Ov to his new label.

Little was heard from Ov after she moved from Stonebwoy’s label until she recently reappeared in the public scene. In a recent post sighted on her IG page, she looked quite confident and composed.

She wrote: There was no one near to confuse me, so i was forced to become original.

Her post sparked some reactions from netizens as they slid under her comment section and gushed over her. Below are some comments.
