Many great innovations we know about today came about because a can-do leader took a risk.

  1. A can-do leader does not see himself as a grasshopper. This could lead to all the negative effects of an inferiority complex. If you see yourself as a grasshopper, you have already told yourself you are unable to tackle the task ahead. That is not the spirit of a can-do leader!

  1. A can-do leader will be vindicated in the long run. A can-do leader is not afraid to embrace new ideas or try new things. These lead to development of new ideas, new products and new ways of doing things. When the end product comes up, the great intentions of the can-do leader are manifest. Wisdom is justified of her children! May you persist till the final product is out!

But all the congregation bade stone them with stones. And the glory of the Lord appeared in the tabernacle of the congregation before all the children of Israel.
