Sept. 3 (UPI) — RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars has crowned its Season 6 winner.

Kylie Sonique Love, Ginger Minj, Eureka and Ra’Jah O’Hara competed during the season finale Thursday, which ended with Love being named the show’s new winner.

Love is the first transgender woman to win a U.S. version of Drag Race. Angele Anang was the franchise’s first transgender champion, winning Drag Race Thailand Season 2.

Love previously competed in RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 2, which aired in 2010. The 11-year time gap is the longest span between an initial elimination and an All Stars win in the show’s history.

“I just won All Stars 6, and it feels really good,” Love said in a video after the finale. “I’m so proud of myself.”

“I guess what I wanna say is, just live in the moment every moment and just follow your heart always. You don’t need permission to be who you are, from anyone,” she added.

Love, Minj, Eureka and O’Hara reacted to the announcement of the winner in a live video.

RuPaul’s Drag Race completed a 13th season in April. The show has inspired several spinoffs around the world, including RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, which will return for a third season this month.
