Budding soulful gospel songstress, AJ Quansah has bagged three nominations at the maiden edition of the Western Gospel Awards. The awards which are organized by Prolific GH Entertainment, on Friday 3rd September, unveiled the nomination list with the ceremony taking place in Takoradi.
The soulful singer was nominated in the Western Female Gospel Artiste of the Year, Western New Gospel Artiste, and Best Female Vocalist categories with her single “It’s You”.
The beautiful and always smiling songstress is unexpectedly becoming a household name in the Western Region after registering her presence in the music industry with her debut single titled, “IT’S YOU” and a mega one-night musical concert dubbed “The Experience” all in February 2021.
These three nominations are the first of its kind for the talented artiste as this recognition would help lift her confidence as she preaches the word of God through her music.
The Western Gospel Awards is designed to recognize and appreciate Gospel/Christian music originating from the Western Region and Western Region artistes. The maiden event is scheduled to happen on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at the Word of Life Assemblies of God Church Anaju in Takoradi with the total categories being 24.
AJ Quansah is set to share the stage together with SK Frimpong, KDM, Vincent Nyarko, etc on Sunday, September 5 at a concert dubbed A HEART FULL OF THANKSGIVING after sharing the stage with AP Sarpong a fortnight ago with an amazing performance at the BRC Auditorium.
