After three months of promotions of the boxing bout titled “Kings Belt, between Benjamin Atiaku a.k.a One Blow and Carl Lokko a.k.a Osu lion by Silver Black Promotions, the scores were settled and there is a King of the street.

One Blow was hoping to make his fans; Ayaata Movement, Gamashie, Bortianor, Shatta Movement, Jamestown and Bukom proud as he comes into the ring for the second time with his long time rival Osu Lion in the amateur boxing bout at the Osu Salem Park.

One Blow was off to a good start when he knocked down Osu Lion in the first round. He had struggled to pin down the elusive Osu Lion in the second round but it became ugly when he was met by a left hook and right jab from Osu Lion.

This left One Blow on the canvas struggling to get up. After the count by the referee, he called off the fight.

Speaking to supporters of One Blow, some felt the table had turned from what they witnessed two years ago.

“It looks like One Blow is fighting like the way Carl fought two years ago and Carl is rather fighting like him”.

Osu Lion came into the ring very poised for victory.

Speaking to him, he said he least expected that the fight will end in round two although that was his wish.

“One Blow is a good competitor but I didn’t know I could knock him out at the second round. I think my training did the magic. My technical team did a lot of work for me. Thanks to all”.

One Blow wished for a Trilogy. “I want the promoter to organise another bout. This time I will prepare myself well. I underestimated him. I will train harder.”

Music performances were welcomed from Swit, Jhangaman, Ruby Delart, Allorman, Yaw Flex, Long Life, Arab B and Captan.

The night was also graced by Hon. Benjamin Kotey, Hon George Annan, GBA executives, undefeated, world title-chasing former Olympian, Jesse Manyo Plange and Ghana’s Olympic bronze medalist Samuel Takyi.
