Conspicuously missing in action singer, Irene Logan has for the first time made Ghanaians privy to her chronic smoking habit.

Speaking in an interview with Abeiku Santana, she revealed that she started smoking cigarettes in her early 20s just after she shot to fame.
The singer stated that she was from a very protected family. Despite that, having her freedom to make music, entering places where people were openly smoking, she also tried and started smoking.
As a result, she started practicing and gradually became a chain-smoker. Irene stated specifically that she could smoke 10 pieces of cigarettes daily which she graduated to 2 packs at times.
