“My Songs Are Mostly Streamed In The UK Than Ghana”-Fuse ODG Reveals

Ghanaian UK-based musician, Nana Richard Abiona, well known as Fuse ODG has revealed that his songs are mostly streamed in the United Kingdom more they are being streamed in his motherland Ghana.

Fuse ODG happens to be one of the few Ghanaian artistes breaking international boundaries with his music. He is also the only Ghanaian to ever win at the Grammys after he contributed to Ed Sheeran’s ‘Divide’ album which won ‘Best Pop Vocal Album‘ at the 2018 Grammy Awards

Fuse ODG won the award for co-writing Ed Sheeran’s ‘Divide’ album which won ‘Best Pop Vocal Album‘ at the 2018 Grammy Awards.

Speaking in a recent interview on Hitz FM with Andy Dosty on the Daybreak Hitz show, Fuse revealed that the UK has been his main streaming territory.

He said that there a few random countries where his songs are mostly streamed like Ghana, Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa, America, Australia and some European countries.

He also trashed claims that he centers his promotional strategy in other countries like the UK more than Ghana. According to him, he makes music for everyone, adding that Ghana’s listening pleasure shouldn’t be restricted to a particular kind of music.

He said that he does not make music targeted at a particular country because basically, all he does is good music for everyone.
