Mr Wangari explained to the court that he took the vehicle only after they differed with the complainant.
“Your honour, I didn’t steal the vehicle. I only took it after I differed with Hellen,” Wangari told the court.
The complainant, Omiti, was not in court.
Mr Wangari was granted a bond of Sh500,000 or a cash bail of Sh300,000.
The case will be mentioned on August 24.
