Ghanaian rapper, Amerado has lamented on how he was not appreciated by the industry especially with regards to this year’s Vodafone Ghana Awards(VGMAs) under the year’s review.

Amerado who lost the Best Rapper of the year to Eno Barony at the VGMA revealed that the category was not for vote but a technical category, thus the board decides who to give the ward to depending on the works of the rapper.
Speaking to Tilly Akua Nipaa of OnePlayAfrica fame, Amerado revealed that he doesn’t do his music for plagues but plagues will motivate him as proof that people are enjoying his music.
Amerado further refuted claims that every nominee is every category is a winner because out of the artists nominated, there is a winner.
However, Amerado stated that he would been excited if he was to receive the award at the Vodafone Ghana Awards among all the rappers nominated.
