Tim Westwood has defended the claims made by Yaw Tog that his feature with the British rapper, Yaw Tog made him more popular in Ghana.

Yaw Tog was dragged in the mud by his critics following his statement he made during an interview with MzGee on TV3 that his collaboration made Stormzy more popular in Ghana.

According to the rapper, Stormzy performed magic on the song which made him broke into the international market and also increased his fanbase internationally.

Well, his comments was misunderstood by some social media users and other industry players as many tagged him as disrespectful and arrogant.

Speaking in an interview with Tim Westwood, Yaw Tog stated that his statement was misquoted by some folks on social media but he was cool with their response because they are entitled to their own sentiments.

Tim Westwood on the other hand stated that Yaw Tog definitely made Stormzy more popular in Ghana just as Stormzy increased his fanbase internationally.

In other news, Ghanaian movie producer, Socrate Safo has reacted to Sarkodie’s claims of not picking calls frequently, thus people who feel offended for him not picking their calls should know it is a normal habit.

Sarkodie speaking in an interview on Zylofon FM with Sammy Flex reacted to claims made by his colleague, Edem that he refused to pick his calls after reaching out to him for a music video shoot.

According to Sarkodie, his habit of not picking calls has been a norm to the extent that even his mother sometimes complains that he doesn’t pick his calls.

Sarkodie revealed that he has placed his schedules on notification, thus if a particular task fails to appear on the list, it will be difficult for him to even remember the task or who is involved.
