The fallouts from the marriage of Ghanaian broadcaster and Preacher Nana Yaw Sarfoh and Janet Owusu is public knowledge.

While Nana Yaw Sarfoh had accused his wife of preventing him from setting his eyes on his children in over two years after he was served with a divorce notice, Janet Owusu has also done the same.
In fact, Janet Owusu who identifies as a motivational speaker or relationship therapist based in London UK, has said her marriage to the “Ghana Beye Yie” host was full of physical and mental abuse.
She also added that Nana Yaw Sarfoh – the revered preacher who is admired in many circles – was a wolf in sheep clothing who preaches virtue but practises vice.
Janet Owusu had said: “I left when I couldn’t bear the abuse, especially as I was pregnant. I left so I can have my peace of mind and deliver safely. I made several attempts to resolve our issues but he wasn’t ready (ask Kofi Oduro, Kaboo, Kwame Kyei, and even my family members) because there were numerous girls sleeping with him.”
Well, in a series of social media posts, Janet Owusu, who out of experience now calls herself “Before The Vow” has derived some lessons from her failed marriage to Nana Yaw Sarfoh which has given her the opportunity to counsel people on what they need to look out for before getting into the so-called “Holy Matrimony”. Sometimes, it is not as Holy as it is presented.
With close to 4K followers on her Facebook page, Janet Owusu or Before The Vow has been sharing very noteworthy posts that clearly speak much about her failed marriage to Nana Yaw Sarfoh and less about what people need to be aware of as far as marriage is concerned.
One of such posts reads: Don’t love too deeply until you’re sure that the other person loves you with the same depth, because the depth of your love today is the depth of your wounds tomorrow!
Another post reads: Love is selfless Love is give and take Love is a two-way street If what you are giving isn’t being reciprocated You’re not being loved You’re been used!
Another also reads: When someone treats you like you’re just one of many options, help them narrow their choices by removing yourself from the equation. When you meet someone who is unlike any other; your best friend and soul mate…don’t ever let them go!!!
These posts actually reveal a lot about her previous marriage to Nana Yaw Sarfoh. It also gives insight into what she endured in her marriage and why she believes breaking away from the union was in her best interest.
So Nana Yaw Sarfoh did not live her deeply enough or the Kingdom FM presenter was not as selfless as he should have?
