His comments come following an argument between him and the veteran gospel act, Mark Anim as to how gospel songs can be promoted while winning souls for Christ.

Speaking in an interview on the United with Nana Ama Mcbrown, Brother Sammy contended that most Ghanaians do not focus on gospel songs that seem to transform their spiritually for their salvation as we wait for the second coming of Christ but rather songs that syncs with the modern lifestyle.

He revealed that most media houses are fond of focusing on danceable gospel songs rather than those that are made purposely to preach salvation.

He also revealed that winning souls in the church isn’t enough in the quest to impact the whole world with the gospel but the clubs should be included.

Well, it has been a norm for gospel ministration to happen only in churches and the street but most preachers fear to take the gospel to places like the club, parties, and other lounges.

Just as Jesus told his disciples when he rose from the dead, he said, “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature” as stated in Mark 16:15.
