Ghanaian singer, record producer and talent manager, Bisa Kdei has recounted the state he was put through at the hands of his own friends who he had so much trust for.

According to the popular highlife artist, some of his team members accused him of using juju to boost his music career.

Bisa established himself as one of Ghana’s most talented and successful high-life artists when he broke through with ‘Azonto ghost’ which was a soundtrack for the movie ‘Azonto Ghost’.

He has a string of successes under his belt, including “Brother Brother,” “Mansa,” and a slew of others that have catapulted him into the worldwide spotlight but to Bisa, his own buddies were circulating rumours that he was using black magic to make hits.

In an interview with AdomTV, the ‘Jwe’ hitmaker revealed how others, even close friends, grew envious of his achievements:

“I hustle a lot, yet my friends and family propagate rumours that I’m utilizing juju to advance my profession. It’s best when you have to cut somebody off. In order to achieve in life, you sometimes need to have this sort of experience. You will not be driven to succeed if they are not present.”
