Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Awards, Epixode has stated that he would have still won the prestigious award if the two main Dancehall acts, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy were nominated in the category.

This comes after many claimed on social media that Epixode did not deserve the award because he has no works to show. A section of Ghanaians believes that the absence of Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy from the category created the chance for Epixode to win the award.
In reaction to that during an interview with Sammy Kay, Epixode stated that he deserved the award more than anyone who got nominated in the category even his compatriots, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.
According to him, he has put in a lot of effort under the year’s review, thus he deserved to win the award. Epixode also revealed that the support of the ghetto youth aided him in winning the award.
In other news published on ghgossip.com, reports from TV3 have it that two Tollbooth attendants on the Tema Motorway have been crashed to death by a Tipper Truck.
In a video sighted on the net, residents were seen moving to the scene as they attempt to rescue the victims who were trapped in the Tollbooth after the collision.
Some of the attendants who were unharmed were also seen wailing over the death of their colleagues while other bystanders film the incident.
The incident was said to have happened this morning at the Tema Roundabout at the Motorway in Greater Accra.
