Ghanaian musical duo Dope Nation has shared their version of what actually happened at the time they were signed to Lynx Entertainment.

Recall the duo of identical twin brothers, composed of Micheal Boafo, popularly known as B2, and Tony Boafo, known as Twist signed for the renowned record label in 2019 but surprisingly left the label just after a year in June 2020.
This generated a lot of ‘heat’ in the Ghanaian media space and on the various news portals as to why the group left the label just after a year.
In a new interview with Kofi Cephas of GhGossip.com, the brothers has revealed that they still maintain a good relationship with the chief executive officer and the whole Lynx Entertainment crew after leaving the label.
They said they contract with Lynx Entertainment was just for a year and they believe within the one year that they spent at the record label, they were to achieve greater things with the label and the whole crew.
When asked whether they believe people’s theory of been signed to the record label so they don’t compete with the label’s artists like Kuami Eugene and Kidi, Twist stated they don’t agree with people on that theory because even though they have left the label, they are very cool with an artist like Kidi and Kuami Eugene and always shares their songs.
