Nana Aba Anamoah reunited with her best friend Hon Aponkye at her 41st birthday party and the outpouring of emotions from the former is infectious.
Hon Aponkye was a social media sensation in 2019 when Nana Aba Anamoah hosted him on her show and gave him much publicity in the lead up to the local assembly election.
Hon Aponkye was poised and confident about his fortunes in the election as he looked forward to leading his people as the Assemblyman.
Well, things, in the long run, did not pan out as planned. Hon Aponkye after all his campaign and “Banku” shenanigans lost the election. However, his fame and popularity had grown and that was a major win for him.
At the 41st birthday of the GhOne TV General manager over the weekend, an enthusiastic Hon Aponkye made a surprise appearance and was eager to meet Nana Aba Anamaoah…perhaps to rekindle their friendship and to show appreciation.
Nana Aba Anamaoh was not expecting him and that was evident in how she was rooted to the spot when she was called down from upstairs and realized Hon Aponkye was her guest.
The explosion of joy was clear and obvious. Nana Aba Anamoah wasted no time in giving Hon Aponkye a big hug…you can just imagine his reaction.
