“I Was Treated Like A King At The Psychiatric Hospital”-Funny Face Recounts [Video]

Ghanaian comic actor, Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, well known as Funny Face has recounted his experience when he was admitted to the Accra Psychiatric Hospital for mental treatment.

Recall, Funny Face was sentenced by the Ofankor Circuit Court to two weeks at the Accra Psychiatric Hospital, following his weird behaviors.

Funny Face was arrested some time ago at Kasoa after he unlawfully fired a pistol during a scuffle in the area.

He was manhandled by the policemen upon his arrest which many Ghanaians bashed the policemen for maltreating the actor upon his arrest.

Recount his experience at the Psychiatric Hospital, Funny Face has revealed that his stay at the hospital was a comfortable one.

Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz, the “Cow and Chicken” actor stated that he was treated like a king at the mental hospital.

According to him, he was able to hold a good conversation with some of the patients at the hospital although some of them turned to be crazier than he thought.

He said that some of the things they used to tell him don’t make sense but because he was around, he had to listen to them and vibe with them since he was a member.

Funny Face further revealed that he has finally regained his sanity and can now hold good conversations with people.

Andy Dosty who had his doubts as to whether the actor is still in his right state of mind or has a few treatments to undergo asked if he was okay.
