Ghanaian Gospel music singer Cece Twum has revealed she can’t work with her husband doubling as her manager as well.

Cece Twum said she’s not all that into husbands of female Gospel musicians doubling as their managers in their musical career as well because of conflict of interest.
According to her, as a musician you should be able to talk freely with your manager and when you think there’s something or a way your manager wants things to go and you disagree, you should be able to point it out to him or her that you want it this way.
She said working with her husband as her manager will hinder her ability of freeing her mind or showing and insisting the direction she wants to go to him because no matter how professional they will both be, the idea of ‘he’s her husband’ will always be at the back of her mind when talking to him.
She added to keep her marriage life from her profession, she prefer working with a neutral person as her manager so they can share ideas freely rather than working with her husband as her manager which will hinder her ability to free her mind.
Mrs Cece Twum also stated she’s not an ‘easy going type’ as most Ghanaians perceive hence want a manager that will push her harder in her career. She said she’s very ‘stubborn’ in real life and doesn’t think her husband can manager her.
