Legendary Ghanaian rapper, Okyeame Kwame has stated that his wife, Annica, had a crush on him when she was just 16 years old and at a time when they had never met.

According to him, his wife confided in her mother when she was a young child that she wanted to marry him when she grew up, and as a result, his wife is living the life of her dreams.
“We had never crossed paths before,” the musician revealed to Adom FM, “but my wife had already told her mother at the age of 16 that she wanted to marry me in the future, so this voyage is more like a dream come true.”
Okyeamme noted that they finally met at a radio station in Kumasi, where he had gone for an interview.
“It was truly a case of love at first sight since the moment I laid eyes on her, I knew she was the one and went right to telling her how I felt about her, but she didn’t mind being friends for the time being.
“She even waited for me to finish the interview before dropping her off at her house and even introducing me to her father because she stated it was the first time a male had brought her home,” he claimed.
During their talk, Okyeame Kwame’s wife informed him that she had previously got his number from a colleague and planned to invite him to sing at her sister’s wedding.
“I’m not sure if it took a little to get to me or what, but for someone I’d never met to tell me she wanted my performance at a sister’s wedding was a big deal, but we both felt the connection and now find ourselves here,” he admitted.
